City Medical Centre to join Shared Care Record Programme

From 1st September 2017 approximately 7,000 additional patients will benefit from having a Shared Care Record, as City Medical Centre join the programme. The addition of this practice means that 90% of people living in the Wellington, Kapiti, Porirua, Wairarapa and Hutt Valley districts will now have a Shared Care Record available in an emergency situation.

From 1st April approximately 2,500 additional patients will have a Shared Care Record, as Seatoun Medical Centre join the programme.

Additional Practice Launches Shared Care Record Access

From the 15th of February approximately 2,400 additional patients will have a Shared Care Record, as Drs Cammack and Evans join the programme. The addition of this practice means that 88% of people living in the Wellington, Kapiti, Porirua, Wairarapa and Hutt Valley districts will now have a Shared Care Record.

From the 1st of September approximately 5,300 additional patients will have a Shared Care Record, as Coastal Medical Rooms join the programme. The addition of this practice means that 88% of people living in the Wellington, Kapiti, Porirua and Hutt Valley districts will now have a Shared Care Record.

From the 1st of June approximately 16,000 additional patients will have a Shared Care Record, as Khandallah Medical Centre and Tawa Medical Centre join the programme. The addition of these practices means that 86% of people living in the Wellington, Kapiti, Porirua and Hutt Valley districts will now have a Shared Care Record.
